Darryl Wehmeyer, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
By relocating in Kingston, Jamaica in October of
2000, Mr. Wehmeyer offers hands on experience and operations
to the Caribbean Market. Recently, Mr. Wehmeyer was named
on the board of Directors to a technology park in Spanish
Town, Jamaica. His leadership skills have directed the company
to a well-respected technology firm in Jamaica. In 1993, Mr.
Wehmeyer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management
with a concentration in Marketing from Bridgewater State College
in Massachusetts. His experience began with AHP Environmental
Inc. as an account executive. With great sales performance
after two years Mr. Wehmeyer left the company as an Area Director
in charge of the East Coast of the United States. Mr. Wehmeyer
started his telecommunications career 1997 with ITC^DeltaCom
in Atlanta, GA. There, he designed and marketed frame relay
networks, sold long distance service, local dial tone Internet
access and customer premise equipment, and integrated T1 applications,.
Adding application knowledge in 1999, Mr. Wehmeyer began integrating
communication systems with service applications such as PBX,
Key hybrid systems, Cisco routers, Adtran CSU/DSU's and channel
banks. Mr. Wehmeyer has developed consultative relationships
with clients to establish and fill customer needs.

B.Sc. Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
from Queens University.
At age 41, Mr. Flood has almost 20 years of experience in
the telecommunications industry. Since starting his career
with Ericsson in 1986, he has worked in more than 15 countries
around the world, implementing systems for both fixed and
mobile operators. In 1999 he established his own Consulting
business, specializing in the integration and operation of
wireless networks for GSM operators. His most recent assignment
has been with the enormously successful Digicel project in
Jamaica, where he played a key role in building, launching
and operating the Digicel core system for the network supplier
Ericsson, Inc. Mr. Flood is an integral part of the growth,
expansion and future implementation of the Copia network.
JOHN HOLLAND, CONSULTANT & SHAREHOLDER
VP Product Operations at Redknee (USD 40M, staff
300). Prior to joining Redknee, from June 2000 John has been
Head of Technical at Digicel Ltd. With an annual budget of
over 40 million Euro and over 10 years GSM experience John
was responsible for the development of network architecture
and services across the Caribbean. Prior to joining Digicel,
John worked in a senior management role with the highly successful
Irish Mobile Company Esat Digifone now 02. Previous to working
with Digifone John worked in various technical roles in Ericsson
and Cablelink Irelands largest Cable TV company. John graduated
in 1987 from Dublin Institute of Technology Kevin Street with
An Engineering Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications.
